Most, if not all of my ingredients are certified organic, GMO(genetically modified organisms)-free, free range, grass fed, low in sodium, natural & organic sugars (I love agave nectar! SAY NO to high fructose corn syrup and other artificial sweetners & additives/colorings) and I try to stick to local produce that's in season. However, I do use frozen vegetables here and there, especially when corn is not in season. My baking recipes will contain
organic whole wheat flour, whole wheat pastry flour, oat flour, ground flaxseed, vanilla extract and aluminum-free baking powder.
My recipes will for the most part be vegan and non-dairy, with the occasional uses of some cheeses, fish, lactose-free milk, butter and eggs. If milk or butter are used its organic & rBGH-free.
